I Want My Boyfriend to Look Like Josh K.

I’m usually behind in the latest tech, so when blogging became all the rage on the Internet, I was still in awe of DVD players. My first contact with a blog was accidental. I was doing an search on Google Images (don’t ask) and I stumbled upon a picture of two guys smiling. I completely fell for one of them. They didn’t look like models or actors I knew of, so I clicked on the link to see where the image was from and I was led to Josh and Josh are Rich and Famous. Putting aside my crush for a while, I began to read several of their posts and immediately decided that I wanted my own blog…

I created one for my friends and family to read… Problem with it was that (a) it was in Spanish, so my readers were limited, and (b) it was a closeted blog. What is a closeted blog? A blog written by a gay guy that shows evidence to the contrary. It was wrong on so many levels that I decided to come out of the closet electronically and start anew. Ergo, this blog was born.

The title is a reflection of both factors that contributed to the creation of this blog. First, I wanted to make it clear that I was gay. And second, that my crush on Josh K. (which still stands) was the reason I first found out about those things called blogs…
